Welcome to Drones inSTEAD. You’ve either found this by accident, word of mouth, heard it on the radio or the television news. Either way… you’re here and I thank you! This is quite possibly one of the first sites regarding the new drone test site in Stead, Nevada.  We will be providing information regarding drones in our biggest little area. Soon there may be logo wear to purchase and strut around town with. Who knows, you could be the next fashionista whilst wearing something colorful from us.

If you’re not in the know, Reno – Stead Airport was selected as one of 6 test sites for Drones aka Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) on 12/30/13. This is expected to propel us  into being the next Silicon Valley. This would be a great thing for Northern Nevada’s economy.
